Kasi Pidum Kejari Bandung Rusmanto revealed that the most likely period of detention Ariel will be added. That's because Ariel is still the case file preparation stage.

In response, Alfie Bonjol Ariel attorney admitted his side will not take steps frontal. According to the Alfian, prosecutors do have the right to do so.

"We will follow the legal process currently under way," said Alfie reporter when contacted by telephone on Wednesday (03/11/2010).

However, Ariel's party will not stop to seek the suspension of detention. Alfie even sure if chanter 'Delete your trail' is not going to run away or remove evidence.

"Is it possible he will remove the evidence? Not possible. We also have to guarantee it," said Alfie.
